Our dog Rooney was attacked by a bigger dog while out for a walk on vacation and we brought him in for treatment. They saw us immediately and were very professional. Had to leave our boy there for sedation to get stitched up and they called us to let us know he was ok and we could come and pick him up. They explained pricing to us and it ended up being cheaper than the estimate that they gave us. Would highly recommend you to bring your pet here for care! We had a great experience at Animal Care Center. We were staying near Port St. Joe and our little pup became very ill. Vomiting and shaking. On a Saturday afternoon there were no vets open near us. After a desperate google search I found Animal care Center and gave them a call. They were upfront on the phone about exam fees and that diagnostics etc. would be extra. They also said there may be a wait when we arrived. I understood and we decided to make the hour and a half drive there. The staff was professional and kind to our little guy. Our vet tech and the vet were both fantastic and so sweet to him. They came up with a treatment plan and treated him. We also needed meds to treat his anxiety on our trip, they had the meds right there, which was perfect. It may have been a slower afternoon, but we were in and out of there in about an hour. It was well worth the drive. The prices are very similar to my vet in atlanta. Just the exam fee was a little higher but that usually is the case with any emergency type vets I've used. Actually, this is on the cheaper end of urgent care exam fees in my experience. This is a great office, great staff, clean and their prices are fair. I'd highly recommend them.

We came here on vacation, my poor Shitzu/Maltese started having an issue and I called Animal Care where they got me in right away. There was no hidden fees, I got quotes over the phone. As soon as we arrived they created us very nicely, When we got called in to a room and the tech came in to see my Daisy the the tech was super sweet with her and made her feel comfortable, she examined her and let me know right away the issue and told me she would also need the vet so examine her for her issue. All was done and taken care of in a matter of a couple of hours, my Daisy didn’t even have to stay over night, she’s recuperating with us in our condo. Very very professional staff I highly recommend this animal hospital. Thank you!!!

Called them on a Saturday morning and let them know my dog's symptoms. They had an idea of what was wrong. Brought my dog in and she got significantly worse on the drive over. They immediately got her triaged and found out what was wrong (pyometra) and did emergency surgery that same day. They kept her for two nights to keep an eye on her and kept us updated. They let us visit her too. With it being an emergency, the bill was high ($3012) but my dog is ALIVE and recovering well. I'm so glad we trusted this place to take care of her. They do a really good job explaining everything and answering questions.

We rescued two puppies from a bad breeder, everything was great, until it wasn't. Both the babies were crashing and I felt they were not going to make it. The staff at Animal Care Center immediately got them in, and started working their magic. This place is filled with love, hope, joy, and kindness and care. I will be recommending all my family and friends to use this place. A special thanks to Doctor D as I feel she went above and beyond to doing her job. The first day was beyond terrifying as my little girl fought for her life, but I firmly belive it was the positive vibes and love waves doc gives off. Thank you each and every staff member for the care you provided to our babies. Our babies are home, safe, and ready for the future!
